Career Time Line:
1988: Started playing at house party's for anyone that would let him setup his speakers.

1989: First "real" gig, Carmichael's High School.  Went on to play at many other Schools, Colleges and Universities.

1991: Became the resident DJ at 88Xpress.  Went on to play for 4 years for all their under 21 dances.

1992: Ben played at his first wedding reception eventually (in just a few short years) playing 40-45 weddings a year in the tri-state area.

1993: At the age of 19 Ben played at his first Bar. It wasn't much of a crowd at first but he was hooked. Ben eventually went on to play at over 25 different Bars & Clubs in the tri-state area.

1994: Started working with a radio station playing music for live remotes. After 4 years at 88Xpress Ben finally handed the spot over to another DJ so he could look for a new home in the over 21 market.

After many Bar and Club gigs Ben picked up a night at Koratich's Golden Rail and was offered the job of resident DJ the next day. A position held for 10 years!

1995-1999: Ben continued to play at many Bar's and Clubs as well as Wedding Receptions and other events.

2000: Ben had the opportunity to work on a production for an "Ultimate Fighting" pay per view event playing "in-house" music for their pay per view specials. He was offered more gigs with Ultimate Fighting but had to turn it down because of scheduling conflicts.

2002: After 14years of wedding receptions, private party and High School gigs Ben decides this is his last year for these types of events do to scheduling conflicts with his other jobs. Starting 2003 Ben will only play Bars & Clubs and a other select events.

2004: Ben signs a 2 year contract with Zeo Radio Networks of Denver to produce remixes for their monthly remix series "SelectMix". This series is produced for Radio, Clubs and DJ's across the US. For more info click here.

Ben's name appears in a short article about Zeo Radio in Billboard Magazines "AirPlay Monitor". Billboard is the largest trade publication in the US for radio professionals. Click here for the article.

Starts new 2 night a week residency at The Spare Room

2005: To date Ben has released over 80 remix tracks thru SelectMix.

2005: Ben ends a 10 year residency at Koratich's Golden Rail and starts a new residency at Summers NightClub as well as Continues his residency at The Spare Room.

2006: Ben signs deal with Full Tilt Remix LLC to release all future remixes nationally. Locally Spinning Thursday's at Stiffy's Bar, Friday's at the Spare Room, Saturday's at Summers Nightclub

2006: Ben's remixes produced for FullTilt start being aired on Open House Party!

2006: July Ben's joins 101.9 WVAQ as the Mix Show DJ for the Friday Night Light's Out party!

2007: Startin off great! DJ'ed in Las Vegas! Billings Montana Twice and Ohio a couple times.

2007: Left the Spare Room after 3 years to start a new residency at Ozy's in Clarksville PA. Stiil playing at Stiffys Bar every Wednesday night.

RADIO MIX SHOW DJ 101.9 WVAQ
Catch Ben every Friday & Saturday night on the air mixing it up beat to beat and back to back with Lacy Neff 9-12. Ben's portion of the show is pre-produced and recorded for re-brodcast allowing Ben to still play out in the clubs.

Nationally Released Remixer
Ben is also a Professional remixer for the FullTilt Remix Label based out of Arizona. Ben has also released tracks thru SelectMix of Zeo Radio Networks of Denver. These remixes are released nationally and played in clubs and on hundreds of radio station mix shows each week across the US including local stations like WBZZ (now off the air) KissFM and WVAQ and nationally sydicated shows like Open House Party. What kind of Music ?
In the clubs Ben plays the best Top 40, Hip Hop and Dance music around and he's not afraid to break out the Old School stuff either. You'll hear club mixes as well as custom remixes produced by Ben himself many of which have been nationally released thru Fulltilt & SelectMix.

Beat matching and other unique song transitions keep the flow going all night long. With a background in remixing every transition is fresh and different from the one before.

Besides DJ'ing and remixing for SelectMix Ben provides custom remixes for many Dance Studios and Cheerleading squads in the Tri-State area. He also owns DataPunch.com which opened for business in 2001.
